At the time of purchase from the developer, the price of this apartment was 1,900,000 AED. The investor contributed 836,000 AED (40% as the first installment plus a 4% registration fee). The apartment was sold for 2,350,000 AED. Upon completing the transaction, the seller paid the broker's commission (3%) and obtained a No Objection Certificate from the developer (5,000 AED).

Initially planning to wait for construction completion to maximize profits, the investor sold one of the purchased apartments—with 1 bedroom and a canal view—due to a lucrative offer from another client.
