The Crestmark apartment was acquired in May 2023 during the pre-launch phase at the minimum price.

Entry costs amounted to 837,617 AED (30% of the initial apartment cost plus a 4% registration fee).

Due to early entry into the project, the client was able to choose a residence with an improved layout and an excellent view.

In September 2023, the client sold the apartment for 2,735,000 AED. Upon exit, the investor paid the broker's commission (3%) and obtained a No Objection Certificate from the developer (5,000 AED).

The net profit was 184,420 AED.
